Return Policy.

We accept returns within the first 30 days after product delivery if any of the following conditions are met:

1.- The product arrived very damaged.

2.- The product was different from what was ordered.

3-. One or more of the products within the order are different from what was ordered or are damaged.

4-. The quality of the product is very different from what is presented in the photographs and product descriptions in the online store.

To make the return for one of these reasons, you must send a message to our Facebook page: and request the address to which the return should be made.

The return must be made by FedEx or DHL parcel.

The total payment will be returned by the means that was originally made. The total will be returned until we have the package sent back to us and reviewed to confirm that it does not have defects outside of our responsibility such as: humidity, breaks, cuts, etc.

The shipping costs for the return are paid by the person who made the same.
